2013 = 23

I told you this like over and over again, but well I can't help not to say this. So this is why I'm excited with the whole new year thing: I've got my birthday just 2 days after the NYE. Hehe. No, I'm not really celebrating myself. It's the same day as the other days are. Only, people send us their prayer, their gifts, and their treat-requests. (Thanks for everyone who sent me the birthday messages, texts, walls, mentions and calls).

One of the best moments was I've got a rainbow cake for my birthday from my new friends in the same boarding house. It was really unexpected because they are my new friends who apparently haven't know me well to give me something like a cake. But I do appreciate that. Big thank you guys! :)

The best part is of course the prayers you guys sent me. You know, I truly believe in the power of prayers. So I'm not bothered with that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 0:)

2012.

A lot of things happened back in 2012. My brother has getting married with his fiance. And a lot of marriages, too, including my best friend's. I'm so happy for y'all. The job-desc switches were also happened, from fuel-retail-marketing, domestic gas, lubricants laboratory, until now, a EHS officer. Okay, I believe I'll get used to it.

Sadly, I was so unproductive when it came to artworks. Maybe I was too busy? I seriously need to fix this, or else I won't be able to make any artwork again. Heheh.

I hardly used my pencil color. What a waste.

I made sketches, too.

Okay then. Enough with the 2012 stuff. Now here are some of my underlined-goals to be reached in 2013.

Ride

I want to ride the bicycle! (picture was modified from abeautifullmess.com) 

Can you believe? Not every people in this world is able to ride the bicycles. So this is an ultimate goal for me. Heheh.

Skirt-ing

I love skirts.

Wearing a skirt is very comfortable. And for my occupation is not really skirt-wearer-friendly, I think I'll collect skirts for this year and wear it only for outing. This is a part of self-refinement, I think. heheh.

Read

read more and more.

I love reading. But lately I was kind of lose my interests. I bought a lot of books but I read like very few of them. So in 2013 I definitely need to read more books! FYI, I made another blog, a special one to facilitate my fondness of reading, a book blog written in Bahasa Indonesia so I'll have courage to read more.

Borneo Adventure!

A Borneo adventure is one of my long-life dream!

I'm so into nature and animal conservation thing. Orangutan is one of my favorite animal and I have this dream that one day I'll have a trip to the Borneo island and visit them. I hope I'll have the chance in 2013, or maybe later if I'm not so busy then.

Focus

There are many reasons why people should have a job, and I have one, too. So in order to reach that goal, I need to focus on my career. Well, if you have your focus at your career like a little bit higher than anything else, I think there'll be nothing to lose. Just make sure that it sets not higher than your believe that anything you do, you do it because of Allah SWT. 

This is my mantra while facing 2013 and my job.

There are tons of things I haven't done yet in 2012. I hope I can do everything, one by one, in 2013. And here I am, 2013 means I am 23 years old now. I can't believe that time flew so fast. I'm getting older now! And somehow I still have to look back to my 2012 year, so I'll have a bigger courage to face 2013.
