Welcoming Ramadhan

Ramadhan is a month full of blessings and forgiveness. This year, Ramadhan falls on July 30, 2011 or August 1, 2011. Muslims around the world at that time will do the fasting as the fourth pillar of Islam. Why do we fast? Because fasting during Ramadan is obligatory, practice our patience and empathy as the Dhuafa, in the non-Ramadan month is always forced to fast.

The verse of Noble Quran about the obligatory of fasting in Ramadhan.
In that month, we are forbidden to eat and drink from sunrise Dawn (approximately 4 o'clock in the morning) until sunset (about 6 pm). Early morning before dawn, we eat and drink as we pleased (this is called 'sahur') and when sunset came, we ate and drank to end our fasting activity.
No food or drinks allowed on the day in Ramadhan.
In the Noble Qur'an it is mentioned that during the month of Ramadan, all the demons cast out of this world. Fire doors closed and the doors of heaven wide open. This is why Ramadhan is an occasion of worship as much as possible because what we have to control here is only lust, not the temptations of Satan.
The devils are gone and the hell doors closed.
Worship that we do will be more rewarding than usual. And many more other features. Next time I might make a post why Ramadhan is special to Muslims.
The multiplied grant of worship.
At the end of Ramadhan, the month of Shawwal will come and we are celebrating Eid al-Fitr. When the man cleared his sin by God, he'd be so pure again like a newborn baby.

Anyway, I just wanna say Happy Ramadhan for Muslims around the world. May our deeds be accepted by Allah SWT. Ameen.
Welcome Ramadhan!
